1. CHIEF ENGINEER
- Min. 2 yrs experience in similar capacity with 350 rooms international hotel
- Excellent knowledge of major building systems and energy management
- Experienced in Project or Renovation management will be an added advantage
- Good English (verbal & written)
- Computer literate
- Able to work in flexible hours

2. ENGINEERING SHIFT LEADER
- Male
- Max. 35 yrs
- Experienced with Chiller (refrigerator)
- Able to work in flexible hours
- Experienced in the same field min. 2 yrs

3. SOUS CHEF
- Graduated from hotel Academy is preferable
- Min. 1 yr working experience in similar capacity or 3 yrs in one step below
- Strong in Indonesian cuisine as well as western
- Well versed in hotel kitchen operations and administrations
- Computer literate
- Good English (verbal & written)
