1. GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR (GRS) / GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER (GRM)
- Min. 2 yrs working experience at 4/5 stars hotel in the same position
- Min. 160 cm (female) or 170 cm (male)
- Min. graduated from Hotel & Tourism Academy or other Academy non hotel
- Good appearance and personality
- Be able to operate galaxy system is a plus
- Be able to operate MS word, MS Excel program
- Can speak English fluently
- Friendly, patient and customer focus oriented
- Be able to work under pressure
- Has good leadership skill

2. EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
- Min. graduated from hotel Academy is preferable
- Min. 2 yrs working experience in the same position at 4/5 stars hotel
- Can communicate in English fluently, other foreign language is essential
- Has leadership and management skill
- Has Organizational and time management skill
- Good knowledge at Food Safety and Food Product knowledge

3. DEMI CHEF – Garde Manger
- Pleasant young appearance and dynamic person
- Can speak English fluently, other foreign languages are essential
- Min. graduated from hotel school or hotel Academy is preferable
- Min. 1 yr working experience in the same position at 4/5 stars hotel
- Good knowledge at Food Safety and Food product knowledge

4. CHEF DE PARTIE – Pastry & Bakery
- Pleasant young appearance and dynamic person
- Can speak English fluently, other foreign languages are essential
- Min. graduated from hotel school or hotel Academy is preferable
- Min. 1 yr working experience in the same position at a 4/5 stars hotel
- Good knowledge at Food Safety and Food product knowledge
- Has good leadership skill

5. CIVIL SECTION HEAD
- Min. 5 yrs working experience in handling building / construction
- Graduated min. from STM or above
- Experience as Supervisor min. 3 yrs
- Max. age is 35 yrs
- Good skill for drawing or planning a construction
- Good personality
- Can speak English min. fair
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have good leadership skill

6. DIRECTOR OF SALES
- Preferably having working experience of Sales in a 4/5 stars hotel min. 1 yr as DOS or 2 yrs as Asst. DOS or 3 yrs as Senior Sales Manager
- Min. graduated from Hotel & Tourism Academy or other Academy non hotel
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
- Goal focus
- Sales oriented
- Customer focus
- Excellent networking with corporate accounts and government relation is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skill and drive initiative

7. ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEERING
- Min. graduated from D-3 Academy or University majoring in technique
- Min. 3 yrs working experience in the same position at a 4/5 stars hotel or other companies with Mechanical background (preferably)
- Max. 40 yrs
- Be able to speak English fluently
- Has leadership and management skill

8. SECURITY MANAGER
- Min. 3 yrs working experience at a 4/5 stars hotel in the same position
- Min. graduated from Academy or University
- Master in conducting any safety & security training
- Has good and strong relationship with local enforcement officials
- Good Communication skill (written and verbal), both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Can work under pressure and meet Starwood standard requirements
- Has leadership skill and management skill

9. SECURITY SUPERVISOR
- Min. 2 yrs working experience at a 4/5 stars hotel in the same position
- Min. graduated from Academy or University
- Be able to conduct any basic safety & security training
- Good Communication skill (written and verbal), both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Can work under pressure and meet Starwood standard requirements
- Has leadership skill

10. STEWARD SUPERVISOR
- Graduated from high school or Academy from any major
- Min. 3 yrs working experience in the same position at a 4/5 stars hotel
- Understand to communicate in English
- Understand / familiar with Food Safety & HACCP
- Hard worker, discipline, responsible, high loyalty for work

11. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
- Min. 3 yrs working experience at a 4/5 stars hotel in the same position or at least as an Asst. Executive Housekeeper
- Min. graduated from Hotel & Tourism Academy or other Academy non hotel
- Be able to operate Galaxy system is a plus
- Can speak English fluently
- Friendly, patient and has a good personality
- Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Has a leadership skill

12. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
- Min. 2 yrs working experience at a 4/5 stars hotel in the same position
- Min. graduated from D-1 Hotel & Tourism Academy or other Academy non hotel
- Be able to operate Galaxy system is a plus
- Can speak English fluently
- Friendly, patient and has a good personality
- Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Has a leadership skill
- Has ability to problem solving

13. ASSISTANT LAUNDRY MANAGER
- Min. 2 yrs working experience in the same position at a 4/5 stars hotel
- Min. graduated from D-3 Hotel & Tourism Academy or other Academy non hotel
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal), both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Has good personality and interpersonal skill
- Can work under pressure
- Has good leadership skill
